Dragoș Mărgineanțu is the Boeing AI Chief Technologist and technical lead for AI research and engineering at Boeing. His interests include autonomous commercial flight, robust machine learning, and decision-making systems for anomaly detection, uncertainty modeling, validation and testing of cost-sensitive learning and decision systems, active learning, and ensemble learning. At Boeing, Dragoș Mărgineanțu has developed machine learning-based solutions for autonomous flight, manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, high-performance aircraft, surveillance, and security.
