Born in Timișoara and raised in Sânandrei, prof. dr. Gerhard-Paul Diller is a world-renowned cardiologist, known for integrating advanced digital technologies in medical research and practice. Currently he leads the National Center for Structural and Congenital Heart Diseas in Münster, Germany, and an honorary professor at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London. With a PhD in Cardiology from Imperial College London, a Master's in Medical Economics from LSE, and an Executive MBA in Business Management, Prof. Diller has an interdisciplinary vision of the future of healthcare. His research applies machine learning, big data, and advanced statistical models to understand and treat complex cardiovascular diseases. He is also the Deputy Lead for Precision Digital Health at the German Society of Cardiology.
